My slime is sticky! What do I do?
Don't panic! Slime can melt during transit, especially in warmer weather. We include a packet of borax powder with every order. Dissolve it in 1 cup of warm water and add a few drops to your slime, kneading it until it reaches the perfect consistency.
How long will my slime last?
With proper care, your slime can last for months! Always wash your hands before and after playing with it to keep it clean, and store it in its airtight container when not in use. Keeping it away from direct sunlight and heat also helps!
Are your slimes safe/edible?
Our slimes are made with non-toxic glue, but they are NOT EDIBLE. They often look and smell like delicious treats, so please keep them away from small children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes about 3-7 days depending on your location.
